Church Pews for Salt Lake City!

church pew isntallation

We arrived in New Mexico in the evening, installed the beautiful new pews for St. Vivian’s the next day, then drove almost 600 miles to Salt Lake City, Utah. There we installed pews for the Iglesia ni Cristo.

Salt Lake City, Utah, is by far the largest town we stayed in on this trip. We like to install beautiful custom pews in churches large and small, in little towns and big cities, so we were happy to visit this city of about 190,000 people in a metropolitan area of over one million. The city was founded in 1847 and became the capital of the Utah Territory in 1858. When Utah became a state in 1896, Salt Lake City remained the capital.

This beautiful church used to be a school and was bought from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints by the Iglesia Ni Cristo and renovated completely. It was dedicated just this year and the new pews were the finishing touch.

We completed our tour and headed home to Twin Oaks, Oklahoma, population just under 200. We’ll have photos of this beautiful installation for you soon.

In one week we logged almost 5000 miles. Fun times!!!
