As we step into the embrace of Autumn, we are thrilled to unveil our latest venture in the idyllic enclave of Finley, TN, nestled along the banks of the Mississippi River. Originally christened Pleasant Hill, this community took root in the 1840s on the elevated terrain just north of the present-day village. Davy Crockett, the legendary frontiersman, once roamed these lands, leaving his mark by naming the creek that meanders through Finley after himself.
Within this quaint hamlet lies the timelessly elegant Finley Baptist Church, adorned with its striking combination of red brick, crisp white accents, stately columns, and a commanding steeple. It stands as an exquisite embodiment of the Baptist churches that grace small communities across America, and our admiration for it knows no bounds.
The skilled hands of Jason and Brad toiled for a day and a half, meticulously crafting and installing 23 of our #4002 Style pews. Each one boasts plush upholstery, complete with functional bookracks and cup and card holders, all swathed in our enduring Shire Sesame fabric. Their finish in Colonial White, accented with Minwax Jacobean Stain, and sealed with a glossy lacquer, ensures not only aesthetic splendor but also enduring longevity. Additionally, we provided 65 choir chairs, elegantly upholstered in matching Sesame fabric.
Behold – a resplendent masterpiece!
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the warm-hearted individuals of Finley Baptist Church for entrusting us with the privilege of being your Church Furniture provider. Our hope is that these pews will be vessels of cherished memories, bringing joy, solace, and comfort to your congregation in both times of celebration and tribulation. May God shower blessings upon your church family and the entire community.
