Custom Church Pew Installation in Seminole, Texas – May 2025 Project Highlight
As we entered May 2025, extreme weather conditions made headlines across the country. Record-breaking tornado outbreaks and persistent heavy rainfall created challenging travel and installation conditions. Despite this, the experienced road crew at Born Again Pews remained committed to serving churches without delay.
Our most recent church pew installation brought us to Seminole, Texas, where we partnered with Summerfield Church on a large custom project. This installation included 67 custom-built Style 3001 church pews, carefully designed to meet the specific seating needs of the sanctuary. Pew lengths ranged from 4 feet to 15 feet, ensuring optimal layout and comfort for the congregation.
Each pew was equipped with double-capacity book racks, communion cup holders, and under-seat book storage, providing both functionality and convenience. For the upholstery, we selected Sherpa Grey Heather fabric, a premium material known for its durability, stain resistance, and long-lasting comfort—ideal for high-traffic church environments.
The solid wood pews were finished in Minwax Provincial stain, a classic and versatile choice that enhances the warmth of any worship space. To ensure lasting beauty and protection, the pews were sealed with a high-gloss lacquer, offering durability against everyday wear.
