We began the new year back on the road, heading to Jay for a return visit to a growing and thriving congregation. At Heart of Praise Ministries, we were honored to once again be part of their expansion—helping extend their sanctuary with craftsmanship designed to serve both present needs and future growth.
Expanding a Growing Sanctuary – Returning Customer Project
It’s always a special privilege when a church invites us back. The wonderful congregation in Jay at Heart of Praise Ministries reached out as their attendance continues to grow, requesting 8 additional pews to match their existing seating. Projects like this are a true testament to a healthy, flourishing ministry—and we’re grateful to play a small role in that journey.
4003 Style Church Pews – Strength, Comfort, and Consistency
Our team carefully crafted and installed 8 matching 4003-style church pews, each built at 13 feet long to seamlessly blend with the current sanctuary layout. Designed for long-term use and visual harmony, these pews deliver a balance of durability, function, and timeless style.
Features include:
- Built-in bookracks with card pockets for added usability
- Solid red oak construction, reinforced with ¾” plywood seat and back framing
- Upholstery in Sherpa Clove fabric, offering a warm, neutral tone that complements the space beautifully
Each pew was built with precision to ensure a perfect match—both structurally and aesthetically.
Golden Oak Finishes That Warm the Space
To enhance the natural beauty of the wood, each piece was finished in Minwax Golden Oak stain, creating a rich, inviting tone that brings warmth and depth to the sanctuary.
A pre-catalyzed lacquer gloss topcoat was applied to provide lasting protection, offering:
- Excellent durability for daily use
- Resistance to wear over time
- Easy maintenance for years of service
The result is a classic, polished finish that stands the test of time.
