Kicking off the new year on the road, our crew journeyed to Garfield to help bring new life to a growing place of worship, with new church pews. At New Prospect Baptist Church, we had the privilege of blending skilled craftsmanship with a shared vision, creating a sanctuary that feels both refreshed and ready to serve its congregation for years to come.
3001 Style Church Pews – Crafted for Strength, Designed for Worship
With precision and care, the Born Again Pews team installed 21 of our 3001-style church pews, each built at 12 feet long. These pews were thoughtfully engineered to provide lasting durability, everyday practicality, and timeless elegance.
Highlights include:
- Integrated bookracks complete with cup holders and card pockets for added convenience
- Frames constructed from solid red oak, with reinforced ¾” plywood seats and backs
- Upholstery in Shire Fossil fabric, offering a soft, welcoming tone that blends seamlessly into the sanctuary
Every detail was designed with purpose—resulting in seating that is as dependable as it is inviting.
Rich Finishes That Bring the Sanctuary to Life
To showcase the natural beauty of the wood, each pew was finished in Minwax Provincial stain, drawing out warm, rich tones that add depth and character to the space.
A pre-catalyzed lacquer gloss topcoat was then applied to protect and preserve each piece, ensuring:
- Long-lasting durability
- Protection against daily wear
- Easy care and maintenance for years ahead
The final look is both classic and refined— These church pews perfectly suited for a house of worship.
